INSTRUCTIVO PARA PARTICIPANTES DE CATEGORÍA TANGO SALÓN
Las parejas tendrán que hacerse presentes con la vestimenta que competirán (no es criterio de evaluación). El camarín contará con espejos para maquillarse y peinarse, pero no con espacio para cambiarse.
Las rondas de baile estarán conformadas por un máximo de 12 parejas que bailarán 3 temas elegidos por la Organización.
Una vez finalizada la actuación, cada pareja tomará sus pertenencias y dejará el camarín. La Organización dispone de coordinadores que les indicarán la sala donde esperarán su ronda, tiempo y lugar de ingreso y egreso al Salón.
Todas las parejas bailarán los días 25 y 26 de agosto. En cada día recibirán un puntaje. Las 50 parejas que hayan sumado el mayor puntaje pasarán a la semifinal, junto con 20 parejas más, resultantes de los Campeonatos en sedes del interior, exterior y del Campeonato Metropolitano.
Se anunciará quienes son las parejas seleccionadas para la Semifinal el día miércoles 27 de agosto a las 12 hs. en Harrods (Florida 877).
La Semifinal se realizará el día 29 de agosto a las 13hs. y la Final el día 30 de agosto a las 21hs., en el Estadio de Obras Sanitarias (Av. Del Libertador 7395).
Al finalizar la jornada de la Semifinal, se anunciarán las parejas seleccionadas para la Final, que serán las 30 que reciban el mayor puntaje, más las 2 parejas ganadoras del Campeonato Metropolitano.
Los puntajes se podrán consultar desde el 08 de septiembre en Av. Roque Sáenz Peña 832, 6º piso, o telefónicamente al 0800-333-7848 de 14 a 20 hs.
La Organización da por conocidos y aceptados el Reglamento y las Bases de participación por parte de los concursantes.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPETITORS OF CATEGORY SALON TANGO
Couples are expected to attend dressed up in the costumes they will be wearing for the competition (these will not be subject to evaluation). The dressing room is furnished with mirrors for competitors to put on make up and fix their hair, but there is not enough room to get dressed.
Dancing rounds will be comprised of a maximum of 12 couples who will dance 3 pieces chosen by the Organisers.
Once the performance is over, couples are requested to take their belongings and leave the dressing room.
The Organisers have arranged for coordinators to give indications on the competitors’ respective waiting rooms, time and place of entry and exit of the Hall.
All couples are to dance on 25 and 26 August. Each day they will get a score. Those 50 couples with the highest score will pass to the Semi-final, along with 20 more couples, winners of Championships from other provinces of Argentina, from different countries and the Metropolitan Championship.
Couples selected for the Semi-final will be announced on Wednesday 27 August at 12 pm in Harrods (877 Florida St).
The Semi-final will take place on 29 August at 1 pm and the Final on 30 August at 9 pm, in Obras Sanitarias Stadium (7395, Del Libertador Ave).
Couples selected for the Final will be announced upon termination of the Semi-final: they will be those 30 with the highest score, plus the 2 winner couples from the Metropolitan Championship.

El primer día en que se presentan a bailar tendrán que entregar la música del 1º y 2º día de participación (27 y 28 de agosto), en dos CD’s de un único track cada uno, preferentemente en caja (no en sobre) e indicado el día en que será utilizado cada CD.
Además deberán presentar obligatoriamente una copia de los originales para poder utilizarlo en caso de inconvenientes.
La Organización dispone de coordinadores que les indicarán los camarines que podrán utilizar, tiempo y lugar de ingreso/egreso del escenario.
Una vez finalizada la actuación cada pareja tendrá que cambiarse y dejar el camarín.
Todas las parejas bailarán los días 27 y 28 de agosto. Cada día recibirán un puntaje; las 34 parejas que sumen la mayor puntuación pasarán a la Semifinal, junto con 11 parejas más que son las resultantes de los Campeonatos en sedes del interior, exterior y del Campeonato Metropolitano.
Se anunciará quienes son las parejas seleccionadas para la semifinal el día viernes 29 de agosto a las 12hs. en Harrods (Florida 877).
La Semifinal se realizará el día 30 de agosto a las 13 hs. en el Estadio Obras (Av. Del Libertador 7395), y la Final el 01 de Septiembre a las 19:30 hs. en el Luna Park (Bouchard 465).
Las parejas que sean seleccionadas para la final serán anunciadas al finalizar la jornada de la Semifinal.
Las 16 parejas que reciban el puntaje más alto pasarán a la Final.

Upon arrival on the first day of competition they are requested to provide the music for the 1st and 2nd day of participation (27 and 28 August), in two CDs of a single track each, preferably in a box (not an envelope) clearly marked with the day they will be used. In addition, it is compulsory to provide a copy of the original(s) to be available for use in the event of setbacks.
The Organisers have arranged for coordinators to give indications on the competitors’ respective dressing rooms, time and place of entry and exit of the stage.
Once the performance is over, couples are requested to change clothes and leave the dressing room.
